Delivery Information

Johnny Austin Neon Co. works diligently to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours of the time received. All items will be securely packed in order to insure safe delivery. Due to the nature of the products all orders will be sent via UPS or Fedex ground service.

Shipping Guarantee.  All Johnny Austin Neon products are guaranteed against shipping breakage. Any claim for a broken item must be reported within the first 48 hours to qualify for free replacement.

Returns/Refund Policy.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

There are no refunds on any of the electrical components so please make sure what you are ordering is what you need.

There is a 15% restocking fee for any refunded item that has already been processed and shipped.
